Creative Uses for Tiered Towers

Dessert

The obvious choice for serving dessert!

Candy or Truffles start off this beautiful tower.  Fill the second tier with eclairs and/ or petit fours.  The bottom can be layered with moist sliced nut cakes and a mix of green and red grapes.

Charcuterie

Use the tower to showcase great cheese, meat and crackers.  Use the top plate for specialty olives.  Layer complex hard and soft cheese and meats on the middle tier.  Finish off the tower with flat bread, crackers, or sliced sourdough.

Start with lush strawberries and mini eclairs on the top level.  Fill the second level with sliced melon and pineapple.  Finish off the display with ripe and juicy grapes.  Perfection.
